You had coated rs. 489. But at the desk, as per my instructions, while paying time they asked 1,200 rent. It was night, embarrassed, no way I can look for others, since they bluntly said, we have no connection with booking.com. While leaving from, they didn't provide bill, saying online bill will come, but they did not send any bill nor any mail for stay. Though, earlier they had clearly approved the night time IN. Even THOUGH when I compelled for bill in the morning when leaving room, they never gave instead continued to say bill will come online. NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE, THEIR FRAUDULENT ACT.

Pricing. Agreed one price, taken more than double.

Pathetic experience from the check-in itself,that of the behaviour of counter staff. Moreover the tariff paid was for including breakfast,but the reception staff agreed it after an argument.More to add in the morning they offered some old idly,chutney and tea as breakfast which I was forced to refuse.
