The only positive about this hotel was the location to the BayArena

Where do I start…… Awful rooms Broken bed Dirty bed sheets No towels Kettle provided but no cups / tea / coffee/ milk / sugar Shower water just come out as a pouring jug Bathroom paintwork absolutely disgusting Asked for another pillow for my husband due to medical reasons/ was not provided Thank god we only stayed the one night…… However our advise would be go stay elsewhere, someone at this hotel is making a lot of money for nothing in return as we paid £132.00 for the night and to be honest it was absolutely disgusting
