Bett unbequem, komischer Geruch, 1 Licht im Zimmer war kaputt, Gang eklig, Lavabo abfluss ging nicht, Checkin im 22h30 funktionierte jedoch nicht wie bei Booking angegeben, allg. sehr renovierungsbedürftig

Сподобалось розташування, ціна, і чистота

Саме в помешканні не сподобалось що було дуже холодно. З приводу персоналу не задоволена взагалі, інформація на сайті була що стійка регістрації працює до 23:00, ми приїхали до готелю в 20:30 і було зачинено, а на дверях написано що до 20:00 працює, почали телефонувати на номер телефону який був вказаний на сайті готелю, нам повідомили що персонал прийде за 7 хвилин, і нас зареєструє. Якщо склалась така ситуація що готель закривається раніше, то можна було за вчасно покласти ключі в скриньку, і прислати код від скриньки.

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die ich bei dem aufgerufenen Preis hatte. Der Zustand des Zimmers war, offen gesagt, eine Zumutung und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den Kosten. Aus diesem Grund habe ich das Zimmer nicht genutzt und war gezwungen, mir direkt eine alternative Unterkunft zu suchen. Zu meinem Bedauern war vor Ort auch kein Mitarbeiter ansprechbar, sodass ich keine Möglichkeit hatte, die Situation mit jemandem persönlich zu besprechen.
