Hotel Wolfe Island

Very clean, large room with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Unique location. Great view of Kingston. 1970s rural Canadian rustic charm. Right next to the ferry dock. Easy check-in

No housekeeping between nights. Little things need fixing (clean the windows, better showerhead).

Had the chance to meet the owner. We were late after check in and everything was closed. He made sure we had the dinner in the restaurant. That was very nice of him. Loved the band playing last night. Very nice, cosy and warm. Thank you

Location for a concert at it was great. But wait times for the ferry to the island are not great but it is what it is.

No real concerns. Small room and no tv but it’s an old original hotel.

The breakfast was not included in the hotel cost, but that is ok, since we knew that in advance. It was quite good. Service was friendly.

Just a very small thing. Our coffee maker in the room did not work. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed or replaced. However, not a big issue at all to us, although it would have been nice to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Hotel Wolfe Island exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. It came equipped with a good-sized mini-fridge, a microwave and coffee pods and tea. The view from our room was stunning. You could watch the ferry come and go and the sunsets were breathtaking. The coffee shop/restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and the offerings were delicious. The piano room was gorgeous and someone was casually playing the piano (seemingly for the love of it) one evening which was an added bonus. It was my first time here, but definitely not my last.

The room could have had a kettle to make tea but that wasn't a deal breaker.

Food was very good, staff excellent. Atmosphere wonderful.

The bed was not quite as comfortable as we expected. There was no power from 6 Am to 11:30 which was not the fault of the hotel but it would have been nice if there was more of an attempt to make accommodations for the guests. for example: bring in some bagels, pastries or even fruit and water. otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Great location, living room and dining area are big and really nice overall; great view.

Bedrooms have a loud humming noise, very hard to properly sleep! Bed sheets were not clean, found 3 types of hair on them!

Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay during the problems with the Ferry. Very kind of you. We enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend missed having a TV in the room. We do like to watch a movie in the night. It may be nice for others as well.
