Falta de orden, entregaron la habitación 1 hora mas tarde de lo debido, la ducha estaba mala y tuvimos que esperar en la noche a que la cambiaran quitándonos tiempo y privacidad

El lugar demasiado bonito y el personal muy amable. La alimentación estaba muy buena y tenían varias opciones de entretenimiento.

El único detalle fue la red WiFi en las habitaciones estaba inestable, al menos en la suite 18. En las áreas comunes si funcionaba de lo más bien.

Lo único malo es que no sirve el internet en las pantallas, quisimos ver una película en Netflix y no pudimos, casi no teníamos señal ni nos podíamos conectar al wifi, hice un pedido de un queque de cumpleaños con 15 días de anticipación, me dijeron que si, lo encargue tal cual lo quería, me dieron precio acepté y el día que llegué avisaron en la tarde que no lo hicieron y no brindaron ninguna solución, tuvimos que correr a conseguir uno en el súper.
