The property itself is well maintained and the setting is pleasant. Staff were polite and did their best within the constraints of the policies.

The overall experience felt impersonal and overly policy-driven. The check-in process was rigid and not transparent. I arrived around noon and understood I might need to wait, but my room was clearly ready by about 1pm and I was still not allowed in until 3pm. When I asked, I was told they needed to confirm with housekeeping, which was not accurate, and later the explanation shifted to a blanket rule against early check-in. In addition, small details were handled in a very transactional way (for example, being explicitly limited to one bottle of water and having to purchase more), which reinforced a “corporate” feel rather than a more guest-focused approach.

Die Anlage mit Pool war sehr schön und in der Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand war in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
