Los pisos de madera cada vez que pisas o al llegar es tremendo el ruido

Macarena excelente anfitriona, el lugar muy limpio, camas cómodas, baño y habitación cómodas, buen desayuno, cerca de todo, restaurantes, supermercados, etc ..

Que lamentablemente, nos tuvimos que ir porque se les echo a perder la calefacción a nivel central, amablemente Macarena nos llevó a otro hotel , respondiendo con el inconveniente, que se presentó. , muy loable su preocupación por nosotros, sin dejarnos resolver nosotros, ella hizo todas las gestiones para reparar el inconveniente, lo más probable es que ya esté todo ok , porque lo estaban reparando, , sino hubiera sido por eso , no nos hubiéramos ido del Chalet

Excelente hotel, hermoso y con una ubicación privilegiada en el centro de Punta Arenas. El personal fue increíblemente hospitalario y el hotel estaba impecablemente limpio y organizado. ¡Espero volver algún día!

I liked the friendliness of the staff with whom I briefly interacted, the location, and the price.

No one was on duty at the reception desk. When I first arrived (early afternoon), I had a wait of 20 minutes while ringing the buzzer and calling the hotel's phone number to get someone to let me in the front door. To settle my bill, I had a wait of 10 minutes after sending a WhatsApp message to someone who arrived from off premises. Also, no one was on duty during the breakfast period. I had to find things in a refrigerator, locate the drawer with tableware, and figure out how to use the kettle to boil water for tea.

It was clean, nicely located and the owner picked up as from the terminal. We also received a very nice breakfast box because we couldn’t stay for breakfast. If only all places were like this :)
