The room is not sound proof and you can hear everything that goes around outside

Location is excellent. Hotel is very modern and clean. Room was bright and airy if a little small, shelf space was good. The bathroom was good, with hot water. Opening windows helped get a nice breeze and airflow. Internet TV worked though we didn't use it. Wifi was good all the time. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. Tea,coffee and drinking water always available The owner is very helpful and friendly. We booked transport for a days tour through her and it was excellent, worth every penny. Highly recommend hotel Samai and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Kind host, wonderful hospitality, delicious breakfast (heuvos perditos, bread and fruit), and advice on how to get around, what to see and how to go to my next destination. Free cold drinking water and coffee/herbal tea. The rooms are clean and cosy. The location is ideal, a block away from a supermarket, two blocks away from the main church and a small park with food carts. Recommended!

Clean, spacious room. Nice open kitchen area. Friendly staff. Flexible (as we stayed longer than planned)! Great location. And even free, tea, coffee and water.

Excellent service and beautiful people.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. They provided drinking water, coffee and tea. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They helped us with a tour and booking a taxi to the bus station. They even upgraded us to a bigger room for free!

Location, in the main street. Close to restaurants, buses, shops. Seems noisy, but it was quiet in the room, that was modern and everything working fine : bathroom, wifi, lights....staff was very friendly

It was very open to the street, and sometimes nobody was on the door. But it was a feeling coming from other parts of the country....I feel always safe, though. My room was a little dark being in the lower floor

Staff very helpful. Very welcoming too! Made me feel at home. Lobby very nice to sit and get to know other travellers. Paula wand her husband were always smiling and ready to help.
