There were a couple of friendly cats in the lobby, which I found cute and comforting. The bathroom in my room was modern, clean, and clearly well-maintained, which I appreciated. Also, the female staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful, even though she only spoke Russian. Despite the language barrier, she made an effort to assist me, and her warm attitude stood out.

A male staff member knocked on my door around 9 PM and asked me not to use the air conditioner because it was “not working properly.” However, it was blowing air just fine when I used it. My guess is that they were trying to conserve energy or avoid triggering breakers in other rooms. When I followed up via Booking.com chat, the staff admitted I could use the AC if I turned it off when I wasn’t in the room. That pretty much confirmed it wasn’t broken—they just didn’t want guests using it freely. Since the room is advertised as “air-conditioned,” limiting its use feels like false advertising, and I’m lowering my rating because of this. The thick blanket had a musty, “old man” smell with a bit of cigarette odor mixed in. Even the towel smelled like cigarette smoke, which makes me think someone might have been smoking in or near the laundry area. The bed itself wasn’t comfortable. On top of that, when you look closely at the wallpaper, there are black marks that resemble mold. I can’t say for sure if it was mold, but it didn’t look like part of the design. I had paid for two nights, but after the first night, I decided to forfeit the second and move to a better hotel. It just wasn’t worth staying any longer.

Очень понравилось местоположение, 3 минуты до станции метро Марджанишвили. Вокруг есть необходимые Круглосуточные магазины, аптеки. Так же два классных котика живут в отеле, которые поднимают настроение

Покупали отель в надежде что будут завтраки полноценные. По факту это чай кофе, каждый день одни и те же булочки и варёные яйца, йогурт, в любом случае что-то придётся докупать для того чтобы полноценно позавтракать.
