Location, warm staff, they gave us free breakfast.

Perfect location if you need to stay for one night and take a coach or mini bus 🚐 next day. A bit noisy but it's manageable. The staff is incredibly helpful.

The stuff of the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed only for 1 night, it's a very good location especially for travellers in transit, who e.g. need catch a bus to other parts of Georgia

Friendly staff, surprisingly quiet place till about 8/9, it was possible to leave the luggage free of charge, great location if you need to change on Didube station as the hotel is basically in the middle of the station.

Well, we were placed in the room 26 which is close to laundry room. I would advise the stuff to restrain themselves of turning on the washing machine in the middle of the night, as the vibration you can feel there as you were sitting on that washing machine. We arrived quite late, but we were able to go to sleep around midnight, as the washing was on till then, exactly the same thing happened in the morning. This room is very badly placed. Second thing is it's written on the booking that parking is free of charge which is not true. It cost 2 lari, it's peanuts, but still you should be aware as not everybody has changes. Plus of if you would like to use a parking, it's better to write in advance for the exact location, as because it's not clear we needed to pay for two parkings, if we knew this one would be charged we would stay on the first.
