The room is cleaned very well, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the mattress is comfortable. Everything is satisfying.

First of all,we made the booking very late ... Literally showed up 30 mins after booking it and the staff were so polite and helpful with a swift check in. The next day we were served breakfast and given a choice to have it in our room which we accepted. But the best part was the care taken by the staff when we were waiting for our taxi upon check out.... Without asking, first they ensured we had the right address, then one lady came out and said if you don't understand the driver she will come and speak on our behalf, then when the taxi didn't show up ( there were road works in the area and it was a bit tricky that day) , another member of their team just took us to our destination a few miles away in his own car and refused any money for this assistance. Truly genuine people with a centrally located hotel just by a bus station. Close to supermarkets shops restaurants etc. The room was spotlessly clean ... I never walk barefoot anywhere but felt comfortable to do so here.... It truly was a great experience in Okriba ...best service and care shown in Georgia ....

Though the hotel is near metro and bus station, the area seems conjusted.

An unexpected jewel in the middle of the Didube Bus Terminal. The employee Aurika speaks english and allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel for several days for free. And they serve breakfast from 6 am. Some comments mentioned that the location is not correct on the maps. The correct location is 41.75083, 44.778887. You can enter the hotel from both sides of the building.
