Hotel Flower

The staff was friendly, they allowed us to leave our luggage earlier. We stayed at 7th floor. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the terrace where we had breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean. They provided iron for clothes. Hotel location is very well, near Liberty square.

Simple things were not available, for example the napkin was missed. The parking was very bad and narrow. Even the car had slight damage. Also they did not help while parking and driving out.

La struttura è bellissima e ha una posizione perfetta per visitare Tbilisi. È fuori dal caos cittadino ma allo stesso tempo in 5 minuti a piedi sei ovunque. Terrazza per la colazione con vista sulla città incredibile. Staff incredibile, menzione particolare a Gigi il manager dell’hotel, il quale ci ha assistito da prima della partenza con transfer, richieste e tour dando la massima disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Menzione importante riguarda i tour: abbiamo fatto due tour privati con Badri, una guida del posto, il quale pur non parlando inglese ci ha fatto passare due giorni splendidi in giro per tutta la Georgia, portandoci nei posti più belli e sempre con una gentilezza e disponibilità difficile da trovare. Lo consigliamo assolutamente per fare i tour in tutto il paese. Badri è stato veramente il numero uno.

Struttura ottima come posizione. Ben tenuta , camera spaziosa e colazione abbondante. Il personale molto gentile ci ha aiutato con il parcheggio.

Really good location, the room was pleasant and spacious with all the necessaries provided. Pleasantly accommodating staff at the reception.

We had arrived 7 hours later than expected (due to a plane delay) and instead of 3 am we were checking in at around 11am (having the previous night fully paid for). We were surprised to find out that there had been a mixup and somebody had been checked into our room. The reception staff had allocated us into a different room, however with an additional waiting time. Furthermore, it was a shame to not be able to enjoy the view from the windows in the room. The hotel seems to be equipped with double glazed windows and condensation had gotten trapped in between the two glasses, making it blurry and foggy with no way to clean. An additional note for other guests, the walls are quite thin and you may hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Lastly, on our last day we were going to check out at 10.30am (with the official check out time being 12). At 9 in the morning, we were shocked to see that the cleaning staff had been actively trying to open the door from the other side, ignoring the “do not disturb” sign that we had placed on the door handle. It would be common courtesy to knock before trying to enter into a guests room. Overall, the facilities and the location of the hotel is really nice. However, the circumstantial inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable.

The vieeew from the suit itself and from the breakfast area were breathtaking. The bathroom was very spacious and resembled mor Rome thermes than the ordinary bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and diverse since it was a buffet.
