Отель в исторической части находится, открывается красивый вид на город. Удобно добираться до всех основных туристических локаций. Довольно чистый, новый ремонт.

Это не отель и тем более не дворец (зачем так называют, непонятно), это обычный гостевой дом, в котором сдаются комнаты/номера. Лобби отсутствует, стоит просто стол и стул на входе, далее идет крутая лестница к комнатам. В коридорах стоят какие-то бытовые вещи: сушилки, доска для глажки белья, ковры, коробки и прочее. Что создает неопрятный вид. Окно выходило на улицу и было шумно. Немного поцарапаны стены. И вообще, ремонт сделан с претензией на люкс, но из дешевых материалов и это выглядит странно. Ванна стоит так высоко, что я с трудом из нее вылезла, она шатается, нет поручня. Ковролин плохо пахнет пылью и в пятнах, требует чистки или замены. Но в целом отель приемлемый, в сравнении с другими.

Комната очень маленькая, нет места , чтоб развернуться, а так в принципе все нормально, только нет крючков для полотенец в ванной это грустно , приходилось вешать на дверь , и не хватает полок где можно складывать вещи

Хороший отель в районе старого города. Атмосферный, уютный, тёплый. Посоветовала бы знакомым и, возможно, вернулась бы сама.

Немного тесноват даже для троих человек. Одно кресло я бы точно убрала. Т.к. отель находится на центральной улице, куда и выходили наши окна - шумно: гудят машины, гавкают собаки, разговаривают люди.

Бронировали 2 номера. Перед самым заселением, отказали в одном номере! Что то у них там сломалось! Ни звонка, ни сообщения!!!поставили перед фактом! Но предложили альтернативу, скромную квартирку, в двух шагах от отеля! Выбора у нас не было, т.к. не хотели терять время! Но по истечении времени выяснилось, что наш номер ,в который мы должны были заселиться, просто продлили!!! 🤦🏼‍♂️ Имейте ввиду, могут кинуть! И глазом не моргнуть! Как с нами это произошло!!!
