Bien ubicado cerca del centro pero zona tranquila Decoración cuidada y moderna Wifi ok

Reservé este porque me confirmaron que tenia parking incluido y que me guardaban una plaza, cuando llego me dicen que no tienen y que aparque donde pueda ... no entiendo Personal muy amable por WhatsApp pero allí muy serio, tosco y diría que enfadado Habitación pequeña pero correcta Muchas escaleras para ir a la habitación Sin personal, hotel de 4 estrellas?

Close to centrum. Nice personal, except for smell room was clean.

Smell of canal / mold in both toilets !!! ( one toilet is directly in bedroom and you can not close doors) . We left after first night despite payed for 3 nights. Steep stairs, my daughter felt down there Breakfast in different building ( but just crossing street) . Noise from street - but it was clear since beginning since hotel is centrally located. Small bed, no wardrobe in bedroom.

The hotel is walking distance to the touristic area and the bus station for transfers to Armenia. There is restaurants in the street that are open until late and a few stores. The room is beautifull and comfortable.

The staff seems to be a bit unhappy there is no smile in the faces isnt properly a welcoming approach, even thought there is breakfast, the meals are cold and not varied. The toilet is beautifull but there was a strange smell.
