Good location, great restuarant across the street

They sold us a a room with a "King bed" but it was too twins pushed together. Not a king bed. Did not apologize or admit that that is poor and misleading business practice. Did not offer any way to change rooms to give us what we paid for. Bed was also very hard and uncomfortable, only one pillow. If you want more pillows, you pay 50 baht. They also dont change sheets the entire time, even being there an extended time.

The location in Ao nang was good. It was a short walk to the main beach or boat area. The room and hotel was relatively new and the rooms were big. The bed and pillows were super good. I have sensitive back and neck and I had no back/neck issues sleeping here for 4 nights.

The staff seemed a little overwhelmed as there were many people due to Chinese new year. I would avoid coming to Ao nang during Chinese new year time as it's crazy busy.

Well located for access to the shops, restaurants and beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
