Location was fab. Bed very comfortable.

There was no buffet breakfast and no menu to choose from for breakfast. All we got offered was eggs and what came was less than satisfactory when I get egg & Caesar salad especially as I dislike salad! The staff can not speak or understand much English which is not a problem as we’re in Thailand but as this is the case a menu should be provided! No wardrobe to hang clothes or any storage space for clothes. When booking people should be made aware of the breakfast!

Good location and everything was ok. Not great, but decent enough. Nice views from room!

- l’emplacement - le balcon - la gentillesse du personnel (sauf la dame brune a la coupe au carré, qui vous regarde mal et lève les sourcils lorsque vous lui dites bonjour…)

- chambre pas très bien insonorisé ! - le ménage est à revoir, le sol colle, vous ne pouvez pas marcher pieds nu dans votre chambre

Really nice room, super comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had the entire trip. The pool was really nice actually and the perfect temperature - super quiet and perfect place to chill after a long day.

There was a horrible sewerage smell from the bathroom almost all 3 nights to the point where I had to hold my breath to go into the bathroom They fixed it a couple of times but the smell only went away for a few hours

Colazione disastrosa! Abbiamo prenotato la colazione inclusa, ma in realtà non esisteva nessun buffet, ma solo un menù salato misero prestabilito al bar dell’hotel. Se non si volevano le uova… l’unica altra opzione era un muffin o una porzione di frutta scarsa. No yogurt, no marmellate, no pancakes! Il secondo caffè o addirittura una banana era a pagamento! Una tale limitazione deve essere chiaramente indicata al momento della prenotazione, altrimenti una colazione non si può definire inclusa. Ci siamo lamentati direttamente presso la reception, ma ci è stato detto che era così senza venirci incontro. Purtroppo l’accoglienza e il rispetto per il cliente è passato in secondo luogo. Oltretutto il giorno della partenza (06,30) avevamo chiesto anticipatamente di poter fare colazione prima di partire per l’aeroporto (con conferma da parte della reception), ma la persona presente non si è adoperata per prepararla in tempo e siamo dovuti partire lo stesso.

Location is great, lots of shops around and really close to ao nang beach. Rooms were spacious and clean.

it’s really loud, you can hear everything happening on the floor and the rooms next door. the doors also close really loud. the pool is also in the middle of both buildings so it’s mostly in the shade and cold (and there are rooms directly there so you might have people on your „balcony“)

Super verblijf en iedereen was zo behulpzaam. De locatie was echt geweldig en ook de onderhoud van de kamers was top. Een mooi fijn en netjes hotel.
