Now I know the manager isn’t there for the guest. She didn’t even apologize. That’s ok, because we transferred to CENTARA AO NANG RESORT, I will never go back to them thefts ever again

Manager covered up for her staff stealing from are room. Who knows maybe it was the manager being that she was so quick to defend her staff. So the manager was calling me a lier!

The only good thing about this place is its location. I wouldn't recommend this place. These positive comments are ridiculous.

When we checked in to Aonang dugong resort, the said our room is ready, so we went to out room. But our room wasn’t clean. The sheets and towels are dirty and stained. We had to go back to reception and ask for cleaning. The receptionist didn’t even say ‘sorry’, they claimed that they will do the cleaning again but after ‘cleaning’ the room was still dirty and there was hair on pillow covers. So it was worse basically. I was so upset and we mailed booking.com. Booking couldn’t reach out to the management and we had to stay here because all the other hotels were full. Here are the before and after cleaning photos. I’m sure you will be horrified too. Also the smell from drainage was awful. There is Koko hostel nearby and because of its noise we couldn’t sleep.

Great location close to beach, nice big rooms, you get also beach towels and beach bag in room, pool area is nice and quiet. In lobby you can buy drinks and snack at good price,breakfast is basic but good. Staff is very nice and we would visit again. Family restaurant just in front of hotel is must do- for us it was best food in Krabi.. do not worry if you see a lot people waiting it goes so fast 🙃

Some hostels which are close play loud music until 2,3 in the morning so better ask for pool facing rooms,they are on the other side and more quiet..

The staff was nice and kind. The pool was pleasant after a long day by the beach, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, near the beach, and with many good restaurant options nearby.

The shower was either too warm or too cold. There was no in between. The breakfast didn't have cheese.

This hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is minutes away. It also looks like it is a newer, modern looking hotel. It is Immaculately clean and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. They are also very friendly and helpful

I gave this hotel 9 stars and not 10 only because the Koko Hostel across the street was so noisy late at night and although most of the noise was blocked by the windows i could still hear some muffled sound. I am a very light sleeper so I use earplugs at night which helped to cancel out the remaining sound. For my husband it was not an issue. There seems to be two sections to the hotel, front and back so if you are a light sleeper maybe it would help to ask for a room in the back. However, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, really handy to Aonang main area, restaurants, beach etc

Just the noisy people in next room, that wouldn’t take the wall knocking as a hint!
