Swimming Pool is open until 9pm. The hotel was clean and very confortable and right in the center of Ao Nang, 2 min from the beach.

The curtains do not block light very well, we had to use eyepatch mask.

N/A for breakfast. Location was perfect to reach out all point where wanted to go.

Could see opportunity from day shift staff. She need to have a little more hospitality to customer. Her communication and attitude looked the lack of consideration to customer.

I broke by accident cheap Ikea mug when I drank coffe in my room. I had to pay it 100bht, although Ikea price is 39bht, have checked it. I do not mind of course paying it but this is a scam. Moreover I stayed in hotel for 10 days, I ate and drink every day in their bar and left very generous tips

The location is amazing. It's so quiet and so nice for the price. In my country a room like this would be double the price. I felt very happy to have a view and a pool. Even a gym. WiFi was strong! They had good tours at very good rates.

The staff didn't speak a lot of English. But enough to communicate and this happens everywhere in Thailand

The location was was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very good. It was spacious and clean. It was a joy to be able to buy beer, coffee and cakes at very competitive prices. I would definitely stay there again.

Very minor point there is no English speaking TV channel in the room
