We had an absolutely wonderful time and could not fault the lovely, helpful staff! Our room was clean, modern and air conditioned and we found the whole site to be well maintained and to a high standard. Food was all lovely, the pools were great and our children had the best time at the Retreat! One of the first places we’ve said we will definitely come back to again in the future!

Wonderful staff. Above and beyond. Amazing sunsets and beautiful views over the bay. Our room was kept very clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a swim up pool which was not very private or not as private as we had expected. The food was very fresh - lots of salad, vegetables and fruit. And freshly cooked meats and fish. Lovely variety of breads. The waiting staff were exceptional. We were there for two weeks so there was some repetition with the meals. The house rose and cava were absolutely fine as was the beer. The pool area was good as adults only . Plenty sun beds even if a little close together. Easy access to the beach. On a slight hill so plenty walking to get to restaurant, bars and pool.

Stayed for a week with wedding next door mid week (which was perfect). The hotel was lovely. Nice room, good choice of food and great mojitos included in all inclusive. Nice having choice of adult pool and adult only restaurant area. Views and Sun sets spectacular!! Have been once previously and again lovely staff. Only downside was sound for evening shows not great and is a hilly venue so need to be reasonably fit to access everything on offer. E mailed in advance asking for rooms near each other and near restaurant and all granted. Would recommend.

Excellent holiday! My husband and I went with our eight year-old, there was a feeling of being in a resort but also with so much to do!We loved that there was a beach, multiple pools, and the adventure part at the top of the hill! A few people have commented about the walkup to the retreat, however we found it absolutely fine! If you were going from the beach all the way up it takes about 10 minutes obviously isn’t great in the heat, however if you split the day up and had lunch in between like we did, it was perfect. We stayed in a swim up room andit was fantastic to have that option. If you can’t stretch to that though the Family pool is great and the resort is not too big where you feel that you can’t relax having little ones with you. The staff were extremely supportive, friendly and welcoming, their English was impeccable they couldn’t do enough for us. Special shout out to Mimi and Romana, who were both welcoming and great with my little one. The transfer time from the hotel to the airport was only 20 minutes, however on the way out it was 55 minutes so a longer than declared on the TUI website. The room was large and clean, with the mate doing an excellent job every day lovely comfy beds fairly decent Aircon. The only slight improvement I could suggest would be the food. There were plenty of options, however it ended up being a little bit of a mishmash of Mediterranean warm bits and bobs with salads, cheeses, and pastries, et cetera. The hotel had a theme every night and the Best ones by far where the Chinese, Greek, and Italian.

A beautiful place but ifvyoucare scared of bees orchard allergic to them its not great. The bees are coming from the forest and go into the drink pumps at the bars and you often found one in your drink.

A two week holiday which included a family wedding at the beginning. Our adults only room with swim up pool was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The room cleaning service was excellent and everything topped and refreshed daily - thank you Sarah who was brilliant. A fantastic range and choice of food with changing themes for dinner daily and all cooked and prepared perfectly. The restaurant staff were outstanding (special thanks to Juan Carlos, Juan Espergo, Tutu and Didi - you are all amazing at providing first class service). The Italian restaurant and team were also fantastic with delicious food. The adults only pool and surrounding areas were perfect and continually cleaned and maintained; a brilliant atmosphere. The bar staff at both the pool bar and Sunset bar are incredibly good at their jobs and are very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your holiday the best it can be - thank you all! The reception and guest services teams were always very helpful and knowledgeable and gave sound advice when needed. Tarida Beach is a fantastic hotel, location and excellent facilities but it is undoubtedly the superb staff team across all areas that made this a 5 star holiday for my wife and I.

What a pity because the place is beautiful and also the beach, but beware: There is a big bird poo problem all over the resort. At the restaurant there is bird poo on the chairs, on the table. The cutlery, the glasses and the plates are dirty. One waiter picked up a baguette bread that was on the floor and put it back on the buffet. There are bird nests in the restaurant, the birds go on the table to eat your food. All of this lacks hygiene. At the pool areas the bird poo is also all over the lounges…we even got hit by bird poo while relaxing on the chairs by the pool… it is not a 5 star resort, they don’t care and are not cleaning anything, this is 3 star max. Not normal that they’re not taking care of this, you can get really sick!!! No possibility for reserving sunbeds at the beach, they ask 120 euros a day + 90 euros consumption of drinks while there!!! For a 5 star hotel it’s not ok!!! All this to be considered before booking this hotel!

Fab location , facilities good and staff Defo going again
