Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & SPA

We returned for a family holiday 9 years later and could not be more disappointed. The reception staff will not pre book taxi’s unless to the airport, the buffet staff seem reluctant to find you a table and the inconsistency in service is appalling generally! This is not hospitality at all.

Fantastic hotel , Great rooms ,All the staff are brilliant , Will be back next year to book a swim up room for all the family.

Lovely hotel. We stayed with a 5 and a 3 yr old. There’s a lovely adult pool if the kids go to kids club. A main pool which I had a paddling pool and deeper pool and a fab place with slides and another mini restaurant up at the retreat. Entertainment is good with two sessions a day for the kids club a mini disco at 8pm. There was an issue with the evening entertainment being inside whilst we were there due to the local authority not allowing them to play loud music outside at night. This was a shame as I feel both the mini disco and show would have been better had it been outside. Of note this ban affects the sunset bar dj set too so you miss out on the lovely view with a drink. Overall a fab hotel, lovely staff, good food and great variety of pools. We very rarely say we would holiday in the same place but in this occasion we would.

An amazing family resort hotel , spotless gardens and rooms . Facilities excellent and food superb . There is an adult pool as well as a family pool and a retreat for everyone where there are slides and family fun . Highly recommend this hotel for a family or adults holiday .

Arrived Friday 22nd near to lunchtime. Pleasant looking hotel with some nice features, but that’s where it ends I’m afraid. No one told us at check-in that we had to use the water bottles supplied in the room to refill water, such a basic necessity is not available in the hotel to take to your room. You have to refill… I’m ok with this by the way, would’ve been nice to be warned. Particularly as we needed water late at night. Takeaway beer to beach ✅ but… in small paper coffee cups! Such a joke. Biggest issue so far…. We booked this hotel as one of the features was outdoor evening entertainment. That’s not happening as it’s something to do with licensing problem. Really not good, it’s very dull in the evenings. No Dj at the sunset bar so we cancelled our reservation. What’s the point?! Silence!! The AI restaurant was ok up to tonight (night 3) - the choice was poor and at 8:30pm lots of empty trays waiting for restock and none of the staff want to make eye contact. This resort could be much better with more customer engagement/improved service levels. Its staff going through the motions without any apparent care for excellent customer service. That’s definitely not 5 star. A real shame and I hope the entertainment issue is fixed soon or TUI will be in for a boat load of complaints judging by the reactions of many guests here. The Retreat is good for kids slides/pools and very good food during the day. It’s about a 10 minute hilly walk though from the main hotel. My wife queried the entertainment issue with an onsite TUI rep and she said “it was less than ideal”… understatement! No drinking straws on site either, so bring your own! That’s night 3 of 10 done and I’m hoping things improve quickly.

Can’t rate this hotel highly enough stayed here to attend a wedding which was close to the wedding venue. Really had no complaints at all it’s a lovely complex no real queues for food or drink and the food selection was fantastic. Lovely relaxing adult pool with nice bar. The sunset bar was stunning at night just can’t fault anything really and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel food very good the only thing was we was put in adults only area but there was other children in our area but we was separated from our grandchildren it also need’s lifts putting in very hard carry your cases up 3 floors with no help from reception the it’s Italian restaurant very poor food and staff

A really lovely hotel, we stayed from the 11th to the 18th of August part of a group for a wedding. We were slightly nervous at first after reading some of the reviews but were put at ease after arriving, we stayed in a swim up room which was definitely a great choice. We were able to check in immediately to our room on arrival which was really nice, the room was very clean and modern and the swim up pool was lovely and cool as it was very hot whilst we were there. The food is pretty good for AI, with a good selection of food. I will say the entertainment is lacking, however the sunset bar is good as there was a DJ or musician there pretty much every night.

Nice hotel, TERRIBLE customer service skills. Horrible attitude, terrible English. Wasted weeks of my time going back and forth via email trying to get a situation resolved. Customer service would send emails in block capitals during certain sentences to make a point that I was annoying them and refused to involve management as requested many many times.

Food is a very medium level. Repetitive food and sometimes not enough for a four star. I am pretty sure that sometimes I jumped into food that was from days before. Something wrong was in your fridge as well. The quality of pasta is a very cheap level. Good save your staff . Ice-cream always melty. Sometimes no dessert with no gluten. And this is only for the food Restaurant is a very poor place. Kids area is hot as never. Let me say that the money we spent are not aligned at all with what we received. The worst part is selling this place as a village with village price This is not only my opinion but all people I met had the same feeling. Actually the very worst part was when I asked to speak to the director and never showed up.
