Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & SPA

If your looking at this hotel to book, 100% book it! Honest review from a Couple with 8 yr old Food is phenomenal , and plentiful , with theme nights every night ! You will struggle to find a negative here, with a fussy husband eater and son , there was so much choice. The retreat snack bar could be better monitored with birds coming and going over the salad items but apart from that the food again is all child friendly, Multiple pools from Adults only and family / children’s pool. Loads of sunbeds and no towel collections before 10am so stops unwanted bed saving !! The staff are all AMAZING , work tirelessly and always with a smile. Amazing choice of drinks, from Aperol Spritz, Gordon’s gin and even pink fizz!! Kids club was amazing and our son loved going! Sunset bar is a must in the evening, with incredible sunsets and views. Beach is a 2 min walk from entertainment stage and is beautifully calm. Entertainment is geared up for all ages, we loved the live Motown night !! My only negative would be the walk from main hotel to The Retreat is up a hill and takes around 7 mins to walk, but passed the air con shop ! All in all we rate this hotel 10/10 and would return again.

I recently stayed at Insotel Cala Tarida and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the stunning sea view, excellent breakfast, peaceful environment. The location was perfect – close to the beach.

Never seen a 5* hotel. I did write quite an indepth review with pros and cons but it’s been removed. Staff are lovely, rooms are tidy, pool area is clean. 1 bottle of water upon your arrival on your room between a family of 4, this wasn’t replaced daily. Your mini fridge is empty on the day you arrive apart from a few sachets of milk and it stays that way unless you fill it your self. Entertainment was poor for children, mini disco lasts half hour and that’s it done for them for the evening. I’m sure you can make up your own mind on the food seeing the attached photos. Apparently it’s normal to find pink sausages with little shards of metal inside, not once, but twice 🙃

Great hotel, food really good. Around the hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. If you are less mobile ask for a room on the lower floor. Staff always warm and friendly.

Great resort for couples as well as families Restaurants are clean, food amazing and staff very attentive, rooms spacious, we had a swim up pool which was a welcome add on due to the temperatures which were up in the 30’s Additional facilities for young families, the retreat, a short walk from the main resort, food on tap all day long here. The alcohol is branded for the majority, no problem requesting what you’d prefer. Kids club welcome distraction. Fully air conditioned, staff are great with the kids, engaging with them all day/night long. Makes them feel part of the holiday however young they are. Close proximity to the beach, clean, with opportunities to see the sun rising/setting. Adults only area is peaceful, lots of sun beds, music, bar area. The Sunset Bar offers exceptional Tapas, expertly served to us by David Martin. A big shout out for Marius who, with his team have created a safe, fun loving family experience for adults and children. Well done, your hard work has definately been worthwhile, we will be back.

The resort is well kept , beautiful gardens , clean, pools are amazing ,restaurants very clean , very good food and a lot of variety, very pleasant staff eager to help and assist. Room was good with air conditioning, comfortable bed and a good shower and bathroom! Round the swimming pools plenty of beds and good parasols ,good bar ,and they also bring ice creams or drinks around !

After reading countless negative reviews we were really getting worried about our stay, but we can safely say it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic with children. My little boy loved the pizza making class! We had an issue with our balcony door not locking and they came to fix it straight away. They even rang me to ask if it had been sorted! We didn’t watch the evening entertainment as we had an 8 month old but our 2 year old loved the mini disco. Rooms were clean & a decent size. The suitcases fit in the wardrobe and we had two pushchairs & a travel cot & it was still roomy. Brilliant shower too! The food was really nice, lots of choice & they were happy to cook fresh pasta for people. Drinks were equally as nice. Absolutely nothing to fault on this hotel. We also visited the restaurant on the beach chiringuito which was lovely too! We went out for the day to San Antonio & a taxi was €18 each way & too about 15 mins. All in all we would say fantastic value for money & would definitely come again

We read some bad reviews before our visit and tried to change our hotel but so pleased we didn’t. We were in adults only swim up room. Spotlessly clean. Sun beds on a small deck and sitting area on terrace. Staff In the hotel were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Food was excellent with a good choice every day. Sunset bar in the evening offers DJ set or live music every night. Beach cove is lovely but the sun beds are payable €10 each( not part of hotel) need to be early to reserve. Plenty of sunbeds around the adults area pool. We were here for a wedding on the island but will be back to use as a base and explore the rest of island 🌴

The friendliness of all the staff was incredible. Everywhere was spotless and the variety of food was great.Location was amazing, practically on the beach which was fabulous.

Lovely family break. All ages catered for. Enjoyed the food, yoga in the mornings, lovely accommodation. All round good break. Good range of activities and entertainment to engage with. Lovely setting. Really enjoyed my stay.
