Unbelievable location, lovely room. Had an upgrade as first room the toilet flooded when flushed. Amazing lady at front desk.

Good location in Cockermouth Staff very friendly and helpful .Parking available close by. Lovely spacious room with well appointed bathroom. Very clean

Always clean, staff always very welcoming

The noise outside in the street kept us awake until 1am at least. Very expensive now will not be returning.

Lovely hotel, car pis paid behind the houses, owners super friendly and helpful. Size of the room and cleanliness.

My daughter didn't like the spiders.
