Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, ease of coming and going, good bar, great breakfast...

I found the pillows a bit hard. Creaky floorboards above and adjacent.

Uncomfortable bed

Heating was switched off overnight. The room became freezing with just a summertime duvet on the bed. I had to get dressed to keep warm and looked forward to getting in my van in the morning for heat. The bed itself was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress had visibly sagged in the middle and was so hard it was the equivalent of laying on the floor. Be aware, property doesn't offer breakfast at all. Reception is only attended from 2pm also. Being an old building, the floors are warped, uneven and very noisy with creaking which can be heard inside the room. Will definitely not stay again. I have stayed in better £40 per night accommodation.

Staff only around part time , some parts of the hotel were dated. Breakfast option not available.

Room very small, bathroom awkward, extremely small and temperature of water difficult to adjust. No chair in the room and room cold overnight.

As above. Also lack of parking inconvenient as parking machines temperamental as I never knew it was quoted different fees each time and having to remember to top it up was also inconvenient.
