24h counter staff

One staff told me they can’t accept cards for a bill of 400++ringgit. There are also additional charges of tourism tax and heritage tax and also a percentage from Booking.com. Anyways, a second staff came in and allowed to charge on my card. My hotel card got locked out everyday so I needed to return to the counter to get it set up every day

The location was great, it was easy to travel to main attractions and the ferry service easily by taking a Grab.

Checking was delayed, no in room amenities, no option for breakfast or wifi.
