RedDoorz Plus @ Castle Chateau Iloilo

Castle Chateau Iloilo is located at the heart of the city, walking distance to museums (Museo Iloilo and National Museum Western Visayas) and Malls. It's a few minute drive from Robinsons, SM and Festive Walk Mall. There is also a bar on the ground floor of the hotel. However, due to our busy schedule we were not able to check out their pool. The hotel design is literally like a castle. I love how approachable their hotel staff and how they searched for the nearest beach that they can recommend to us as a tourist since we did not push through with our Guimaras and Gigantes island trip. The guard also always secure our parking slot. Our whole stay in the hotel went smooth and without any problem. The family room that we booked was also very spacious, to think that it's just me and my friend. Our room also has two balconies which is really cute. I like that even though it's located in the heart of the city, I did not hear any noises in the room from the main road. I'd definitely choose this place again when I return to Iloilo.

Location was great

The location is good. The front desk and personnel were nice and very helpful.

We did not stay in our booked hotel room due to itchiness from the beddings which probably be from bed bugs or dust mites. We had to check out in the middle of the night due to the discomfort we encountered.

Aside from the very pleasing outside look of the place, we chose this hotel for its location. It is near Museums, Malls and is also a walking distance from the Instagramma Walls. You can easily point out to jeepneys and trycs where you want to be dropped off by asking if it’s around the route of the Capitol, Museo Iloilo or The Atrium. The staff are also very friendly and the place is clean, we had dinner at their Wander House Café and we especially liked their Cucumber Lemon juice. We’ll definitely stay here again if we go back 😊
