Contacted property via Booking.com many times to change dates, no response! Contacted Booking.com who told me to contact property directly, they told me I had to go through Booking.com, I did many times with no response! Just out my money with no attempt to make it right! Very unprofessional

I always check in here many times the staff are very accommodating and friendly and very accessible. It's always worth it to stay here, and there's a Wander house restaurant next to the hotel more convenient

Good location close to the port and great pool. Handy to have a cafe and pool bar so no need to go out for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had great amenities, including kettle and toothbrush!

The bedsheets and floor were quite stained, although otherwise everything was clean
