I recently had the pleasure of staying at the property and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Very Accessible and Convenient plus its ggreat value for money

Stayed during Christmas time and the view from our room was Iloilo Capitol grounds. It was beautiful.

We didn't eat at the hotel, but the location was good and that alone made us get to where we had to be on time. The check-in was relatively pleasant, even if we already arrived at 23:00.

The hotel was a bit lacking in terms of service. Particularly where they were not able to accept cash that time, and they lacked toiletries we could have used. Also, it was a bit awkward as the guests were quite loud.

Booking ,family room and twin bed ,no family bed,all twin and one book good for 6 guest, really I'm disappointed

The location was perfect, in the city center. Room was big and spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room wasn’t being cleaned during my stay.

I was expecting a normal sized room for 2 but daaaaang! they gave us the room about the restaurant which is waaay to big haha but it was a great experience, we had a great view from the balcony, lots of windows, the bathroom was huge! The staff was sooo friendly as well.

Parking space. They had a birthday party going to at the restaurant so the parking space was packed. Pretty much a lot of shared spaces with private guests

The security guard during our stay is not good with instructions or I must say makes every movement hard. Made us very difficult to maneuver our car for parking and exiting.
