Location if great, 5 min walk to Karon Beach, quite in rooms, comfortable beds. Got 2 connected single beds instead of one big.

There is very clean, nice location and good people. It is expensive for hotel like this, but good price for Phuket

Location, 100 meters from the beach. The size of the room. The mattress fairly comfortable.

The manager was pretty careless and kind of rude, the check-in was partial: no information about Wi-Fi, beach towel (at 10am only), breakfast, nor anything. When arriving in the supposedly upgraded deluxe room, the shower handle was broken, the toilet hardly flushed, the shower drain was half clogged and there was a whole in the ceiling. Also, there was a no hair dryer (I had to ask for it).

-i changed the date of my staying for 1 more night, hotel charged me double (i paid 8thousand batt for all time), when i add 1 more night, hotel charged me 8000thousand more. Even tho i understand that i was in hurry, and accepted it online, booking couldnt help me, hotel itself didnt want to help at all. price for 1 night on their website is 3500batt , same if you pay offline(have a picture from reception) -very loud, bars closes at 2am before that you can hear everything -no lift, you will need to take your heavy suitcases by yourself -very loud AC
