Property Notes

On Hotel Phuket consists of three buildings. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance the guest experience, two buildings will undergo scheduled renovations from May to October 2026, with the aim of further improving our facilities and services for future guests. During this period, the remaining building will not be affected by the renovations and will continue normal operations, welcoming guests as usual. All confirmed bookings will be carefully arranged in the operating building to ensure a comfortable stay. Please be kindly informed that there may be minor noise disturbances during limited daytime hours. The hotel will take all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Noisy and Pricey"

Good buffet breakfast

location right on a busy very noisy street, full of Russian tourists, we couldn't wait to get away and were grateful it was only 1 night. the aircon didn't work and it took staff 2 hours back and forward to get it working, keeping us up till 10pm, instead of just moving us to a new room

walking distance to the beach

the balcony didn’t overview the sea like I expected, instead there were neighbors so I couldn’t even go outside. Also I had issues the first night which I HOPE was a ghost or else that’d mean someone was roaming outside the room and that there were some electricity issues that woke me up at night.
