Amazing hotel !! Made our stay so fun and easy . From the first moment we booked this hotel , the host was in touch available to answer any questions we had . It is in a perfect location , just a few meters away from the beach and the center of holbox . That is a very big advantage . The room was great , very comfortable and clean . All the staff is so kind and available to assist you with everything needed . There are a lot of reviews talking about the noise , you have to bare in mind that it is in the center of the island so yes of course at night there is some music but in my opinion nothing too loud or annoying , it was perfectly fine . The concierge also gave us really nice recommendations! Please don’t forget to try the cafe just at the entrance of the hotel ! It was just amazing the best coffee and breakfast in all Mexico !! Thank you so much for your service we wish we will come back soon . Muchas gracias por todo !!!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, auch die Zimmer sind mega, Betten bequemt, alles in allem ein top Hotel, auch die Rooftop Terasse mega. Check-in hat unkompliziert geklappt.

Leider war es uns unmöglich zu schlafen, es wurde bis 6:30 in der früh so laut Musik gespielt, dass man dachte man befindet sich mitten auf einem Musikfestival. Leider war uns diese Information nicht vor der Buchung bekannt, wir sind nach dem ersten Tag umgezogen, weil uns das Hotel nicht versichern konnte, dass dies ein einmaliges Event war. Wir haben leider keine Erstattung bekommen, obwohl eine Nachtruhe komplett unmöglich war. Dies ist leider sehr enttäuschend, da wir doppelte Hotelkosten hatten.

Grossartiges Zimmer mit eigener kleiner Küche. Viel Platz unglaublich schönes Zimmer. Hotel hatte kein Frontdesk aber sie haben innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Nachrichten zurückgeantwortet.

Man ist im Zentrum von Holbox und bekommt das Nachtleben gut mit. Es werden aber Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt.

L’hôtel est propre, beau, et super bien situé Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous Le plus est d’avoir un code pour la chambre et non une clé au risque de la perdre, plus simple pour aller à la plage Parfaitement situé à deux pas de la plage et de tous les restaurants La deco est magnifique et très propre

Ci è piaciuto tutto! La struttura è super moderna, le camere sono stupende e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Molto bella anche la terrazza, alla quale si ha accesso diretto. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, estremamente disponibile, che ci ha assistito con prontezza per un piccolo inconveniente accaduto, pur non essendo tenuto a farlo. Consigliatissimo, è stato un vero piacere soggiornare a Casa Peregrino!

Clean friendly and comfortable

Etablissement situé en plein coeur d'Holbox avec le café Clandestino juste en bas pour le pdj avec tarif négocié pour les clients. Les chambres sont jolies et bien équipées (coffre, machine à café). Le balcon est un plus pour le séchage des serviettes de plage et maillots. Les produits de bains (savon, shampoing, etc.) sont de très bonne qualité. La communication avec Marieke et son personnel est simple et fluide, ce qui est très appréciable. L'équipe de la conciergerie a été super réactive pour intervenir sur l'une des douches qui fonctionnait mal.

Nous avons eu les 2 seules chambres donnant sur rue, pas bien insonorisées, du coup difficile de trouver le sommeil et de passer de bonnes nuits en cette période touristique dense, malgré les bouchons d'oreille et pas uniquement le 31/12 > on a fait la sieste à la plage pour récupérer ! Points d'amélioration : Odeur assez désagréable provenant de la salle d'eau > on a fermé la porte ! Bcp de poussière sur les étagères hautes (mon mari est très grand) > ménage à peaufiner Pas mal de petits trous dans le linge de lit > à remplacer

Great location, very very nice and responsive staff, very clean building.

The noise, obviously nothing to do about it, but bear in mind. Horrible smell however coming from the bathroom. Unfortunate as it would have been a 9/10 stay otherwise.

ממש על רחוב ראשי של ברים ומסיבות. לא הצלחנו לישון בלילה בכלל. בנוסף באחד מהימים לא ניקו את החדר. המארחת כן ניסתה לעזור והעבירה אותנו לחדר בקומה מעל ונתנה לנו ארוחת בוקר אבל לצערי באמת שאי אפשר לישון עם הרעש שיש שם. יחסית למחיר ששילמנו (2000 שח לשלושה לילות) לא הרגשנו שהמלון נתן תמורה מספקת.

The room was nice, clean and well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, with a special shout out to Nathalia who truly went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to reach everything on the island on foot.

There is no wardrobe and very limited space to store clothes, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Also, because of the central location, the area gets quite noisy at night due to nearby bars. Earplugs are provided and definitely help, but if you are looking for complete silence and total peace, this might not be the right place.
