- the bed was so big and comfy - very clean and the housekeepers were amazing making up the rooms everyday - lovely balcony and furniture - AMAZING location - host was really helpful with giving us tips and recommendations on WhatsApp, as well as helping us to book a taxi to the port on our way back.

- the rooftop felt a bit small and we didn’t really use it - the view off the balcony wasn’t the best so we didn’t really use it

Where do I even start? The hotel ticked all of our boxes. Location: right in the centre, close to all the night life, yet quiet enough. The building is brand new, really beautiful. Rooms were well-thought through to cover all the needs: my questions and requests were answered before I even opened my mouth! Everything in the room felt clean, high quality and looked beautiful. All aimed at providing best rest possible. It was very much a definition of affordable luxury if you ask me. All the tips and emergency numbers were provided via WhatsApp. My partner and I loved it. The breakfast in the partner cafe was delicious and offered great variety. Again, absolutely fantastic experience. Separate mention for very dedicated and friendly staff!

If you are a light sleeper - take ear plugs with you 😅

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer und tolle Lage. Frühstück auch gut und preiswert. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es aber sehr laut in der Nacht (Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert).

Lovely helpful staff (by check in you’ll get a list of recommendations for food, beachclubs etc.), great rooms, incredible beds. The rooftop really nice to sunbathe, hopping into the jacuzzi. Really good location in the center of Holbox.

Nothing it was was perfect

Beautiful room with a small balcony and kitchen area. The staff was super nice and responsive. The rooftop area is also great to hang out at. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The little cafe underneath is absolutely amazing and offers a discounted breakfast for the hotel’s guests. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at!

We were running out of hot water rather quickly, so if you are used to very hot water and are multiple people showering, I recommend planning accordingly. It could also get a little noisy at night, being so close to downtown, but nothing that disturbed my sleep.

Lovely room with friendly staff. The location was exceptional, right in the heart of it all. There is a deal with the cafe below for a discounted breakfast that was lovely.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La chambre est toujours très propre, très confortable, le personnel est très gentil, c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a en plus un café super bon juste en bas! Si je retourne à Holbox c’est ici que je reviendrai!

Tout était parfait

Prachtige stijlvolle accomodatie en vriendelijke mensen die meedenken en helpen. Contact via whatsapp gaat perfect, snelle reactie op vragen. Mn verblijf nog met een nacht verlengd. Ik moest switchen van kamer maar zij hebben voor de bagage gezorgd. Was top geregeld!

Lang warm douchen lukte niet altijd omdat het water na verloop van tijd zakte in temperatuur.
