Friendly welcome, big room with a desk, double bed, air con, fridge and shower, Wi-Fi, everything you need. It’s on the best part of Jomthiem (which is a better beach than Pattaya by the way), right next to the beach if that’s your thing. There’s a gym, laundry, 7-Eleven, and afternoon/night food market all within 1 minute. They have pool tables down stairs, good quality pool tables too.

There mosquito’s in Jomthiem. I left my window open accidentally on first night which let a load in..but that’s to be expected. Get Mozzie spray!

Great location, cozy and big room, very clean. There is a nice bar on the ground floor. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I recommend

I didn’t like anything about this place I booked two nights but after one was enough so I left the next day as I was not going to stay another night there.

No one turned up to let me check in until 3-15, room not cleaned still used soap on side, bed sheet smell of urine, one so called towel and entire room not cleaned still used.
