Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I honestly cannot understand how it has such a high rating. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful.

The room itself was quite worn out and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the walls, carpet, and curtains. The refrigerator had not been cleaned after the previous guests and still contained leftovers. Although we contacted reception and they promptly sent someone to clean it — which we appreciated — this should not have happened in the first place. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned and showed clear signs of wear. There was dust, buildup in the shower and toilet. Not to mention that we saw a cockroach. The balcony was dirty, so we did not use it at all. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. We were informed that breakfast was served from 7am to 10am, but when we arrived around 9am, almost nothing was left — only a few slices of ham, cheese and bread, some yogurt, granola, and a bit of scrambled eggs. 70% of the plates were completely empty. Even though there still was an hour left, nothing was refilled. The following day, we decided not to waste our time and chose to have a breakfast outside instead. There's a nice brunch place nearby. Overall, aside from the kind staff, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not live up to its rating.

Staff was very friendly and assisted us with any queries and requests we had. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and hotel have a modern look. It is located in a nice quiet area and there is a mall nearby with all you need.

The room was clean but the bathroom amenities could use a good scrub.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μικρό, χωρίς ποικιλία. Ξεκινούσε από τις 7:00. Κατεβήκαμε στις 8:00 και ήταν σχεδόν άδειοι οι δίσκοι. Δεν το ανανέωσαν. Οι μοκέτες στην τραπεζαρία, διαδρόμους και δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικοι. Η κουρτίνα του δωματίου μας ήταν ξεκρέμαστη από το σύρτη. Στο μπάνιο η μπαταρία στο νιπτήρα για τα χέρια ήταν βουλωμένη με αποτέλεσμα το νερό να μην τρέχει με φυσιολογική ροή αλλά έτρεχε ελάχιστα. Τα κάγκελα στο μπαλκόνι, το εξωτερικό τραπεζάκι ήταν βρώμικα.
