The room description on the booking website clearly included the following facilities: Kitchen Refrigerator Dining area and dining table Bottle of water However, upon arrival after an exhausting 11-hour drive, we were extremely disappointed to find that none of these facilities were present in the room. The minibar was empty, not even a single bottle of water was provided, and there is no kitchen, no refrigerator, and no dining area as advertised. Additionally, the room is in poor condition: The room is very dated and worn There are visible stains on the walls The bathroom sink has barely any water pressure The shower cabin floods within a minute of use We also spoke with the receptionist, who does not speak English and confirmed that no rooms in the hotel have kitchens or refrigerators, which directly contradicts the listing on your website. This is clearly false advertising, and I feel that I have paid for services and facilities that were not provided. The location is nice in case you are traveling on the highway like us. Personnel is friendly and sufficient. We'll come back

We didn't like that coffee/tea was not offered for breakfast. First time we see breakfast without offering coffee or tea. Besides, breakfast is below average and no personnel were there, no matter what. We could knock a door for coffee, but finally I had to ask it from the bar area (outside the breakfast room) and pay extra for it... This is my first time I see something like this and although the rest of the hotel is very very good, no or paid coffee for breakfast is really a bad thing.
