The staff are very nice and friendly

Everything is not good. The hotel is not updated all equipments are broken and smelly. The room is worst. The space is very grumpy. Doors, toilet all broke. Moreover the balcony is so smelly very time . Not feels good in this 4 days 3 night. Disappointed very much. I recommend they need to demolished and re- construct the place is good thing. Drainage issue smelly. Pipes are rusty inside and shower is broken. 2 times the toilet flashing is broken.

Bilik yg kami dpt-carpet sgt sgt kotor dan berhabuk,bilik berbau hapak bau karpet spt tidak bercuci,dinding bilik dan toilet penuh dengan tahi cicak dan kutu simen,tandas juga tidak diselenggara dgn baik,plug toilet juga tercabut,menakutkan.. Swimming pool air sgt keruh,spt lama tidak diselenggara dgn baik

Worse hotel i have seen, i immediatly check out out after check in, waste of my money, picture shown in booking.com but when come to live ohh my god

Totally not like, i quickly check in to Coral bay hotel. Lucky there have available room

Not hygienist, the carpet the toilet floor still got a lot of sands and dust ,toilet bowl is not clean enough cannot flush, a lots of hair left over the bed , one of the bed frame was broken
