Kejora Garden Resort Pulau Pangkor

Extremely plain resort for the price point. Plus the bed sheets were stained with blood. Toilet/washroom was also below average for cleanliness

First, the staff (Front desk) is not expecting us to come bc, there's no one at reception when we arrive there ..and, there's no greetings at all..also, there's no explanation about the facilities there which can be used or no ..the pool can't be used but, there's no information at web site ..also, there's no broom at our room and , they haven't change our bed sheets as well since ,we stayed 2 nights..no hair dryer at room as well ..

the location was nice but the staff not friendly, didnt even greet when checkin and there is no thankyou upon checkout and didnt smile at all. the facilities also not in a great condition. there is some bad smell when we entered the room. the bucket in the bathroom broke and the spare pillow smell bad.

I booked family room for 4 people which i satisfied with the space it is spacious and comfortable. The room, toilet is clean. Clean towel, basic toiletries is provided such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and etc. the coffee sachet and also mineral water also provided. My booking is included the breakfast, the breakfast is delicious and on time serve. The location also great it is right beside the main road but it is not noisy and not jammed. The journey from jetty to this resort take around 15 minutes by motorcycle. The worker also very responsive and done a great job from the front desk to the housekeeping worker. I will definitely will repeat again to stay here when i come to Pangkor in future and will recommend this resort to my friends.
