AVA Hotel

Only just finished a complete refurbishment so it was in pristine condition. Excellent spotless nicely decorated room and toilet / shower room. Very comfortable bed. Helpful desk staff. Nice freshly cooked simple breakfast. Good parking. Fantastic value all for less than 500 baht. A separate cafe restaurant was about to open on 7 January. Looks smart. The hotel fascia has been restyled and the name on the front is now "Ava Hotel" (see picture). Updated and modern appearance. A no frills hotel but I have absolutely no complaints. Exactly what I was looking for and will stay there again.

Fantastic value and clean hotel. Could not fault anything. Highly recommended. Great cafe right in front also owned by the same people and as a coffee afficiando they do a very good flat white which is hard to find in Thailand.

Losts of noises at night and the beds we're hard, also the sheets and pillow were not in a good condition and had multiple rips in them. While the staff was friendly, the place was still halfway under construction and hard to find. Not to mention the whole time during the stay, there were no other foreigners to be seen

Have stayed here a few times when staying in Phitsanulok overnight with family. Rooms are clean and a good size. Included breakfast is pretty average. Big C shopping centre is 10 - 15 mins walk which has good eating options.

I paid 10 Euros a night for this place. It's good value for money if you want to be close to the bus station. I arrived by train and caught a fixed price "open taxi" for a very reasonable 60 Baht to the bus station. The hotel is 10 minutes walk. The room was clean with twin beds, a fridge, working wifi and a good shower. I would stay here again if I wanted to catch an early bus in the morning

Found the location to be not so ideal but the rooms were nice, clean and cheap. You are able to buy snacks/ some toiletries at the reception. Limited breakfast options in the lobby but there was a cafe right next door that opens around 9:30-10.

This place has no negative every thing is fantastic the lobby people are very friendly the room clean and everyday clean , tv cable , shower, toilet, fridge, phone . Breakfast in extra for certain rooms only 45 baths egg and toast and jam and free coffee 7/7 24/24 I will recommend this place only 1 km from the bus stop . Thank you people .

Nice budget hotel with big comfy rooms. Very clean room with clean sheets and towels. Minifridge, aircon, en suite as well. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice hotel. Only criticism is firstly that Phitsanulok is pretty empty as it is, and the hotel happened to be located in one of the most empty regions! Not a restaurant in sight.

It's a good value hotel with clean bathroom, TV and fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to stay several nights in Phitsanulok, because it's quite outside the city centre. The hotel is next to the busstation for short distances. A taxi from the new busstation is about 80 Baht. (Taxis outside the city apparently never use meter.)

Me and my partner thought this place was excellent, it was cheap and yet you got so much. Rooms cleaned everyday free water and clean towels. The room was so clean and the shower was heated ! We had a fridge tv and the beds were reasonable, the wifi was slow at times but not to much of an issue. U also get free coffee every morning which is a bonus. We have paid more for so much less so we was very happy when we got here we even had air con and we have paid the same price elsewhere for a fan room. Would highly recommend if you are going to this town.
