Staff is amazing, the hotel is well located, super comfy and beautiful! We really loved hand written notes from the staff for example with the tea.

Lightning in a room was little confusing with switches, other than that all was good.

Astonishing hotel. Small but so special. Reading room, pretty swimming pool, baths in the open balcony… as well very close to the town. Highly recommend for those willing to stay a few days in Phuket

The staff is a bit unclear in communication due to the language barrier I guess

This is an old world Thai hotel with fantastic services and beautiful facilities. I loved the soaking pool In the private atrium of my room. It was a surprise and absolutely a treat to soak while watching the koi in the pond.

I didn't like the mosquitoes But it wasn't that bad compared to the beach and the staff gave me mosquito spray. It was also a little bit noisy but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't solve. Gorgeous stay all around.

Location - steps away from the old town. Great staff. Lovely little personal touches - excellent bedding; turndown service complete with tea & mini dessert; robes & slippers; nice selection of accessories & toiletries.

The rooms are small. Once your bags are added it requires either extreme discipline or honed hurdling skills to make the room work. We settled for banning one person to the loo whilst the other monopolised the bedroom.

Loved staying at this charming hotel. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The room was beautiful as was the hotel interior. Breakfast was nice & plentiful. Located about a block from the busy hub of restaurants, shops, massage etc
