The price per night was 400 euro. when i checked the pics before i come i thought it was a five star hotel. i only noticed that it is not when i arrived to the hotel. it is old and not close to the pics. i would not stay here for what i been charged

I really enjoyed the suite I'd booked. The room was spacious, fresh, I barely had to use the air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and I liked the set up of the banquette for another seating area. The plunge pool outside was lovely, the bean bag loungers were very comfy. I appreciated the rack to dry clothes and swimming costumes too, not pretty but practical! Also staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, super helpful with the varied questions I asked them. Location is great, 300m from the beach and the shops and restaurants of Piso Livadi.

The hotel is on top of a main road (though small) so if you enjoy a lie in, you may hear the noise of trucks and cars nearby. In my room, the plunge pool and terrace are situated under a street light, so not very pleasant lighting in the evening. Thankfully I was out every night, but something to consider checking as you make your booking, if you want to spend time on the terrace early evenings.

Great location and easy to drive to. Walking distance to Piso Livadi town and main area. This is very convenient at night time when you’re out for dinner in the area. Buffet breakfast was good enough, with good variety.

One room key given out. Key needed to power the room which meant when you left the room for the day, the air con turned off. You would come back to hot room.

We loved everything. The location, the lovely people, the view. Its walking distance from the port and the restaurants in the evening but still quiet which was amazing!

Family run and they’re all very friendly. Service is great, the breakfast is really nice with good variety. Rooms were always clean as well. The hotel also has a nice pool. Location is not far from anywhere you would want to get to as well. Overall great stay.

If I had to say something it would be that the private pool could be cleaner, had some bugs floating around and it was really cold, hard to swim often in it.

Room was a bit outdated for the price range. Coffee very poor. Better coffee available for 3€ but only after breakfast.
