"Great service but did not live up to photo images"

Very nice welcome with great help to find adjoining rooms , very nice bar service at poolside bar, beautiful terrace with sea view and central location.

Bathrooms old fashioned (1970s style) with consistent bad drain smell and very low lighting. Limited, all cold breakfast with weak coffee from a machine. Safes did not work in either room and no glasses, cups or coffee/tea available in the rooms.

"Basic services and no hospitality (all around Paros is the same)"

The room was recently renovated and it looked close to the pictures.

To be honest I was appalled by the request to pay 12 Euros for tax in cash although we could pay by card. furthermore, I do not see any hospitality when you are asked for 12 Euros in cash when you have already paid 400 a night for the room which by the way did not even have a bottle of water in the fridge. The requirement for a card always in a socket for the power to work was also problematic for the amount of money they charge. The breakfast was pretty basic and we tried it only once. The hospitality seems to be declining and this hotel was not an exception. The amount of money being charged is not up to the expectations of hospitality as I knew it for the past 25 years in Greece.

The staff running this hotel are amazing. Our stay was fantastic, the room was excellent, spacious, clean, beautifully designed and with a fantastic view of the bay. Breakfast was excellent, the food menu throughout the day was great and the cocktails by the pool were brilliant. Very welcoming of children and a real gem of a hotel.
