very pleasantly set resort with a well managed garden. The room furnishings are classic, forget putting things away from suitcases, but it is quite spacious throughout so you can move around the room freely. Breakfast was a delight and certainly a nice start to the day.

I don't know what it was, but the bathroom looked very dirty and clogged. It was like it was covered in limescale and looked very dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, which was expertly managed by Mr. Hemantha and his team. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and inviting. Mr. Hemantha was incredibly responsive, reaching out a day before check-in to ensure everything was set for my arrival. The property itself was pristine, with a beautifully clean room, a newly renovated bathroom, and comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. I particularly enjoyed the charming veranda, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the property’s location made it easy to access Polonnaruwa city and the famous Polonnaruwa Ruine site. I must thank Mr. Hemantha for his guidance in helping me visit all the sites during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Limited water pressure during late night time. Spiders, cockroaches, and some rat feces were found inside the bed side table closet.
