Didn’t get to see the property other than the front steps as I was turned away despite having my reservation booking confirmed. I was told they were full and when shown the reservation confirmation number the young woman who came to the door just played dumb. Very upsetting to say the least. Not impressed!

"Clean, friendly and good location"

Very friendly staff. Easy checkin with code to the room door. Nice comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Small pool, though to cold weather when we were there. Really safe and upclass neighborhood! Overall, a really good stay, we stayed one more night then booked.

"Not good at all"

Facilities were dated, dusty, funny dusty smell that made us allergic, the lady who was supposed to let us in wasn’t there and did not advise of mechanics to get I the room. The property was empty and my parents and I were left without knowing what to do in a dusty dated place with all rooms closed.after wondering for about 2 hours and trying to find someone with no success, luckily I searched around the empty reception and found a wifi password ( we do not have mobile coverage in CR), and we’re able to call the lady, who apparently had forgotten to send info to get into the room. She finally sent the info but the experience was very bad.

Location is very safe and close to the airport. Breakfast was really good. We just had a problem with one of the beds. Other than that, we had the place to ourselves, but it felt safe

"Do NOT stay here!"

It was absolutely horrible. I’ve backpacked all over the word, and this is by far one of the worst places I’ve stayed.

It was completely filthy. Insects were crawling in my bed and when I complained to the staff they said “sorry we’re in a tropical zone and it’s bug season”.. but it wasn’t just bugs. There was nasty debris on the beds and under them and on the toilet. Ew. Do NOT stay here. I was trying to sleep but I was awoken by a huge bug BY MY HEAD crawling on my pillow. I left before even staying the night, and when I told them that I was leaving early, they offered zero support or remedy.
