Fabulous location with Old World charm. Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff.

We did have shower issues, unable to control hot from cold, which we did report to staff but it was not resolved during our stay

The people in the room above us were very noisy.Rooms are not very soundproof.No iron for clothes.

Close proximity to old city. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Sitting area was cramped.

Location is closest to historical places most tourists go to see Quebec City.

The room is very small and does not host modern facilities like USB outlets. Having to hand over parking card before checking out while parking is a distance away could have been handled differently. I bet hotel management did not really mind guests touch the same parking card for health reasons. The weird health (covid) rules in breakfast area can only be termed as strange. You cannot help yourself to buffet breakfast but ask workers to open things for them. Its ok if you want to walk to Petit Champlain or see the majestical hotel overlooking the city. When you walk into the hotel and experience how uneven the old floor is in the room, you feel like you slept in the room if famous history personality like Henry Bourassa! I would not really repeat this experience
