No AC, room was warm and a bit uncomfortable as a result.

Dass einige Zimmer als „de luxe“ bei booking.com aufscheinen, jedoch mit der Wirklichkeit nicht harmonieren. Auch die Bilder erwecken einen falschen Eindruck. Also Achtung: Es gibt sehr verschiedene Zimmer mit divergierendem Standard unter dieser Bezeichnung! Frühstück ist grenzwertig, aber das trifft auf die meisten Hotels dieser Kategorie in Kanada zu.

Beautiful old building in a great location . We parked in the garage a few blocks away and walked the 4 days we stayed. The breakfasts were great / good variety of things to eat. Service was fantastic and v friendly.

The room was clean, location was local to things we wanted to see and the breakfast was good.

The room was listed as a “Deluxe Queen” with exposed brick walls. The pictures on line look so nice but the room we got was about the size of a walk in closet with awful paneling. You had to carry your luggage up a set of winding stairs about 24” wide. Once you opened the door, you had go into the bathroom so that the door would close so you could get in the room. Definitely not what is pictured on line. Talked to the staff and told him that the listing was very deceiving and if I had seen the room pictured that I definitely would have kept looking. He wouldn’t even look at me and just kept getting my bill ready. This place is bait and switch for sure.
