Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable. Apartment was bright and spacious, with lots of windows and a nice view of the fountains at city hall. We had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Towels were thin and uncomfortable.

This is a great apartment in a really good location

The property could have been a lot cleaner. I was advised there was luggage storage available and guaranteed it was secure. When I returned to collect my luggage not only was the property front door ajar the luggage storage room had not been locked. There isn’t a lot of room for luggage in the apartment especially if there was 4 people to stay.

The location was excellent! The unit was spacious, great bathroom and it was very handy to have a small fridge microwave and coffee/tea. The bed was comfortable and although the location is in a busier area we found it to be quiet at night, some street noise but minimal. It would be our first choice if we returned to Quebec City.

We don’t have anything negative to say. A recommendation would be a to have a mirror in the apartment, the only mirror is over the sink the bathroom.

Location is incredible! There was a music festival on during our stay right across the street which was an added bonus. Quiet at night, although we brought a white noise machine just in case. Hosts were responsive.

We could not access rue Ste Anne despite our best efforts. We were travelling for a sports competition and had a lot of equipment, so that was inconvenient. However, we discovered that we could stop and un/load our minivan right around the corner on Rue des Jardins in front of Cafe La Maison Smith. There are clear No Parking signs at this time of year, however we were there for less than 5 minutes each time and had no issues. We parked at the municipal lot on Rue Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau which had lots of space. You need a credit card/debit card to access the lot by car and on foot.
