The hotel was lovely, clean and in a great location. It was off season, so very quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful, no complaints at all.

I was in a room with my 2 kids 16 & 12, so it was cramped as the bedroom is small. The bathroom was large so plenty of room to get ready.

The M Hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are so polite and helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to the San Antonio sea front and such a convenient location. The food served is delicious too! The rooftop bar/pool is really cool too. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place used to be a youth hostel and still feels like one. Rooms are tiny, full of ants, no balcony, and it’s in a terrible area. The “breakfast” gave us food poisoning for days and ruined our holiday — we had to move hotels. The rooftop pool was filthy, unsafe, and nothing like the AI-edited photos. My friend was trapped on the stairs because she couldn’t use the lift — a total fire hazard. Breakfast was cold eggs and sausage, and reception told us to use the microwave! Showers swung between boiling hot and freezing cold. A horrid hotel — filthy, unsafe, dishonest, and dangerous. Stay far away.

Lovely hotel not to far from the Beaton track .Staff were lovely place was clean room was serviced every day with fresh towels and bed made .We had a late flight but they were so nice place to keep cases shower facilities and fresh towels so we could still enjoy our last day with the stress of our luggage's and getting changed for trip home would definitely come here again. Also as being a bit older there was no kids partying all night and coming in all hours .Been to Ibiza many times times stayed in a fair few hotels and not always the cheapest but I would say this was my best stay so far thank you M Hotel

My husband and I were walk ins! Great reception from staff on arrival, very friendly and welcoming. This is a newish and very modern hotel, very clean and tidy., The room was small but has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great, quiet and only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the cost and quality.. great staff!!! I must say a special thank you to Axel in the pool bar who was very friendly, professional and kept us entertained with a few card tricks!! He is amazing. Thank you to all.

Lovely hotel, based in San Antonio which is a great location for the sunset strip, o beach, local gyms, bars etc. 10 min walk to the San Antonio marina, west end and 15 to sunset strip. The hotel lobby is smart, rooftop pool & area is lovely and nice vibes with a bar. The hotel staff are lovely and it seems like a nice family run business. The bedroom is all modern and a great size with a little balcony. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in San Antonio.

The hotel is nice and modern and in a great location. The rooms however are very very small. Nowhere near big enough for 2 people with even 1 suitcase between them. The balcony is not really a balcony and is more of a ledge. If your room is on the front of the hotel there is more balcony space than the other side however it’s still not possible to sit out there. An average sized person could just about stand on it. The hotel is quiet, don’t stay here if you’re going to Ibiza to party!
