Me and my partner booked a weekend here for our anniversary, what was meant to be a lovely weekend turned into the holiday from hell. When we arrived we were asked to put our drinks on a tab to pay upon checkout (which was fine with me). The first 2 nights i signed the tab and it was all fine. The last night, i was approached by the hotel staff asking me to pay the bill now rather than at check out the next day (i was very unsteady on my feet drunk even though i hadn't had that much to drink?) I was told i had to pay 388 euros, even though i was paying 3 euros for a wine and didnt have more than 10 between us that day. When i said that wasnt my tab, they said it was and i had signed it (i hadn't signed it) the signature was not my hand writing and nothing like it was the previous 2 tabs i had signed. They then said they are calling the police, the police arrived within about 2 minutes and took me to my room and assaulted me whilst my partner was laying on the bed (the hotel staff with them watching). I then said i will just pay it to get out the situation, to which they tapped my card multiple times and ended up charging me nearly £600!! The police officer then slapped me again and off they went. I went back down to the reception and asked to see the tab again to which they actually admitted they frauded my signature. This has left us in an emotional state, my partner was very scared and also has taken all of our savings. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Absolute game changer of a hotel would recommend to every single person! We booked this hotel on a whim, as someone who has stayed in Ibiza a lot over the years, we were a bit nervous as there wasn’t too much written about this hotel, wow we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, Mickey/mikael Met is at reception with the biggest energy and smile, and couldn’t have been more friendly. He gave us early check in because there was room, which made such a difference after such an early flight. We had a slight issue with our room, no fault of mickeys, but they rectified the situation straight away and we couldn’t have been happier. This hotel is mainly family run, which gives it such a nice feel. Mickeys son, also called Mickey/mikael, was honestly so amazing, at only 17 he’s got better manners and maturity than any other worker we’ve met! Couldn’t do enough to help and just made our stay so much better. The breakfast was 10/10 too, simple but exactly what you needed. My friend likes a fry up, which it had, and I was so surprised there was smashed avocado which I’ve never seen at a hotel breakfast before. Also great coffee! We had lunch one day at the hotel and that was also really tasty. The room was compact, but really lovely and modern. The pool is on the rooftop and gets really good sun! There could be a few more sun loungers, but to be honest there was only 1 or 2 days we couldn’t get one, because we came up too late, and we were more than happy just sitting round the pool or on the tables and chairs to dry off. The bed in our room was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel, it felt almost orthopaedic! We had the best nights sleep and the air con was perfect temperature. The hotel is a great location for us, near the bus station and just an 8 minute walk to the west end/ the bottom of San Antonio bay. And a supermarket right outside the hotel. There is also a little traditional Spanish cafe attached to the hotel, which was really cute. On the last day our flight wasn’t until late, so we asked if we could pay for late checkout. Again, this was no problem and Mickey moved a few things around and made it work. This family are an absolute credit to the hotel and we cannot wait to re book for next year. Normally we would always have a negative to say, but honestly cannot find a single one! The only tweak we would make, is to have a couple more sun loungers by the pool and maybe take a couple of table and chairs away as they weren’t used when we were up there, but that’s the smallest issue! There is also a restaurant and pool down on the sunset strip that is owned by the same company, and guests get 10% off there. We didn’t make it down there, but I’m sure there would be more room around that pool if you couldn’t get on the rooftop. The two Mikaels, father and son, thanks for making our break incredible, we are so grateful for all your hard work and we will be back next year!!!

Modern and stylish hotel with really lovely staff. Loved our room. It was so clean - room service daily with fresh towels etc. Was great to have a fridge too. Loads of choice for breakfast - cooked, cereal & toast, fruit and pastries. Roof top pool was a fab place to relax to some chilled out tunes in the sun. It has a little bar. Location of the hotel is brilliant. Easy walk to the shops, bars and clubs but far enough away to be quiet at night if you can’t hack having no sleep anymore! There’s a supermarket at the end of the road - 30 second away. 15 min stroll down to the strip and the beach. The staff were really friendly and happy to help. We ate at a really nice restaurant which is less than 5 minutes from the hotel called Mundo. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay at M hotel and would go again without a doubt!

I had the most amazing stay at M Hotel! Miki was amazing and so helpful. Hotel was spotless and the rooms were great. Such a good location! Definitely recommend eating at Mundos which is a 2 minute walk and Es Mirai was a gorgeous Italian i stumbled across! Would definitely return :)

I love this Hotel, Miki, Sofia and the rest of the Staff can't be faulted. The Breakfast is excellent, both choice and quality, the room was a great size, clean and well presented. The Outside seating area and the Pool Side, are great areas to sit and relax in. Overall I'm unable to find a fault with M. Hotel.

This hotel was hands down the best option in San Antonio. The hotel is practically brand new, with great aesthetics and a solid buffet breakfast. We had a slight hick up on check in but the hotel manager Micky was quick to resolve all issues and ensured our stay was 10/10. One of my favourite stays due to the aesthetic, cleanliness, staff, and location! The room was a little snug but has all the modern amenities required. This hotel can defo pass for a 5 star if the rooms were slightly more spacious. All round 10/10

Great little hotel. Tucked about a 10 min walk from the strip is the hotel. Had everything you needed here. Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods. The pastries were scrummy. On the rooftop there is a pool which was handy for a dip and a bar. The rooms were good too with everything you required and cleaned daily. The bathroom could do with a hook or two to hang your towel. Plenty of little bars and cafes in the near vicinity. Would definitely book a return stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem, it is modern, the rooms lovely, really nice pool and bar. The breakfast was very nice and varied but what makes the hotel really great is the staff. I had lost my passport and phone, they really couldn’t do more to help me. Thanks again!

Location great, staff friendly and helpful, clean quiet hotel with a great breakfast with lots of choice! Loved the pool area on the roof. We would definitely staff again when in Ibiza. Not too far to walk to the front and cafe Mambo. Lots of local restaurants and bars not too far away either.

We have just stayed at M Hotel for one night, during the summer we stay on our boat but always have a night in a hotel mainly to enjoy the air con. This place is a real gem in the town of San Antonio it’s modern, super comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were on the 3rd floor our room had everything we needed apart from hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but that’s minor. We had a really good coffee machine very comfy bed and the decor is lovely. We spent time at the pool which is on the roof, there is a bar up there that serves cocktails. The pool itself is long and narrow but perfect for cooling off before a spot of sunbathing. We had breakfast in the morning there was lots of choice and the fried eggs had runny yolks so I was happy. I most definitely stay here again. We had a 12 o clock check out I didn’t actually want to leave.
