I am absolutely outraged by the experience I had at your hotel. Despite making a reservation in advance and notifying you of our arrival, we arrived at 2 AM, and to our surprise, no one was present at the reception. We had to wait outside for a long time, knocking on the door until we finally woke up the night guard. To make matters worse, after all this waiting, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, even though you were aware of our arrival time and the fact that we had a confirmed reservation. As if that wasn’t bad enough, you attempted to charge us 2.5 times the original price for another room, which is completely unreasonable and dishonest. What followed was even worse. you ended up kicking us out into a dangerous neighborhood with no solution or assistance provided. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did you fail to provide any customer service, but you also left us stranded in a vulnerable situation at a late hour. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unethical.

Very dirty toilet and room. They dnt even provide soap and water. Mosquito in the room

Had a good night sleep before heading out

There were no spare brush & paste, soap available to either buy or be provided complimentary. Bathroom had cockroaches running around. Bath towel provided was not appealing to the eyes.

Room were smell. All bed cover are dirty and foul smell. Payment collected for 3 rooms but provided only 2 rooom
