Amazing location on the beach and the lady (sorry didnt get name) that runs it is Amazing could not do enough for you she did our dinner that wad delicious and breakfast that was best hoppers we have had so far 🥰 the room was very clean, spacious and wifi good

The bathroom window broken and replace with paper film made you feel a little exposed.

Nice place, directly at the best beach, nice family taking care of the guests, very good local breakfast, good offers for activities like snorkeling or dolphin watching. Perfect accomodation for us

Everything. The best thing about Janas its the staff. Denzel, his wife and kids made the stay an unforgettable memory. The premises are amazing, they seem new and its all tidy and clean. The beach in front of the cottage made our stay.. stunning. We did the dolphin watching and snorkeling activities. We highly recommend this place to stay… for at least 2 nights!

The view on the see it’s amazing, it’s like having a private beach shared with the fisherman. The room is comfy and spacious and the stuff it’s very polite and friendly.

It is a little bit far from the Trincomalee life and facilities, if you don’t have a scooter, a tuktuk or a driver, it’s hard to do much. The stuff it’s very nice and polite but very slow, so take you time and chill..

The amazing cabin is on a quiet and beautiful beach! One of the best ones to our opinion in trincomalee. You have private sunbeds. The hosting family is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and huge! The host offers great trips around the area with fair prices and we took the dolphins sighting! We saw many many dolphins and even 1 whale! We also hired bike from him. Definitely recommend the place. Good wifi!

Lovely quiet location in fishing area. Radinee cooking was amazing we had fresh fish chips and salad both nights and it was excellent. Denzel was really helpful and available. We had a lovely stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved our stay here! Amazing location right next to a little bay. You can see beautiful coral, fish and sometimes turtles while snorkelling in the bay! The room is really comfortable and clean, and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The caretaking family of the accomodation was outstanding friendly. And the lady is an incredibly good chef. We loved every single dish of Sri Lankan cuisine she prepared so we didn't feel any need to try any restaurant nearby. The landlord has a boat and is an experienced diver. He took us out for dolphin and turtle watching tours. We can highly recommend doing this.
