Bed was uncomfortable / the noise from the door on the landing and when you try and explain they don’t listen and blame other hotel guests

I had forgotten what a good place this is to be for walking the Snowdonia Mountains, and at such a reasonable price. Great location, comfortable rooms, convivial bar, good food, excellent service from a staff who care about their work, plus (and I love this) superbly kept cask ales! The manager/owner was also both helpful and friendly when I spoke to her on the phone. Of course I liked it....

The room was comfortable, shower amazing and the food absolutely brilliant.

Lovely little place, decor is nice, very comfortable and warm. Drying facilities for those going hiking/swallow falls. I will be back

There should be more indication that parking fee is eradicated by your check in. However the lovely staff did offer a free complimentary drink as compensation for this. 🥰🥰🥰

Fantastic location for hiking in the Ogwen valley. Comfy, lovely rooms. Staff were lovely!

Slightly noisy - could hear the bar downstairs and loud guests in another room (but I am quite sensitive to noise!)

Perfect for what we needed as a family of five. Food was excellent and staff very helpful & friendly.
